No need to deal with insanely priced, overcrowded, noisy, gyms. I have all the fitness equipment necessary to help you achieve your fitness goals. For online clients I have all new clients fill out a fitness assessment survey. This allows me to fully personalize a full fitness regimen that is complete with nutrition, cardio vascular and resistance training guidance. I track progress weekly using a variety of methods that include the scale, pictures and body fat testing.
