The 28th Annual AK State Natural Body Building, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships was held this weekend at the Wendy Williamson UAA with 40 athletes competing for Alaska State Titles.

For the first time in ABFF history 2 state champions and two of the overall athletes came from Soldotna. Ian Leach won the men's over all and Amy Vinson won the women's overall to earn pro-natural
status. Pro-natural men Shawn Wolfe of Elmendorf AFB won a cash amount of $1,000.00 for his first pro win beating Robert Green of Wichita, KS who walked away with $800.00. The Athletes thrilled a crowd of 700 enthusiastic fans, friends and family members. The next ABFF Natural Competition is May 14th held at the Kenai High School Auditorium.
