What would you be doing if you weren't a Bodybuilder?

Maybe a strongman athlete, I am too competitive to just be sitting around not doing anything.

Long Term Bodybuilding Ambitions

To always be remembered for my posing routines and to build a drug free physique in which I can look at and finally say, "Yes! I've made it".

What you like most about Bodybuilding?

The fact that it has allowed me to live my dream each and every single day. I've wanted to be a competitive bodybuilder since I was younger than 10 years old, I remember even then I was trying to sneak into weight rooms and kept getting kicked out due to age restrictions. Today I really am living my dream, its my passion and my life.

What you dislike most about Bodybuilding?

The fact that some people just take it way way too seriously. You are supposed to have fun with it, so what if you go off your diet every now and then in the off-season, enjoy yourself, live life, laugh about it, if you're a hard worker you will still be able to bring it come show day!

What advice would you give other bodybuilders?

The same thing that Professional Bodybuilder Diane Lofts told me after my second show, "Lift weights like there is no tomorrow".
Aside from eating enough of the right food to build muscle, it is very important to stay consistent in the weight room and not miss work outs. Also, FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU, everyone is different and what may work for one person, may not work for you.

A little more about me...

I am very lucky to have an extremely supportive and beautiful wife by my side, she inspires me in all aspects of life. We've started a number of business ventures together and I believe that with her determination things are going to go very far, its really great!
