Highlight(s) of Career

2008 Musclemania America -That was the best I had ever looked. Going to top that condition this year!

Biggest Disappointment(s) of Career

Any time I don’t show up in the shape I know I am capable of. Aside from that, I have no disappointments. All my experiences are unique to me and help shape the bodybuilder and person I am.

Best Bodypart

Not sure. Chest is good. Serratus and abs are pretty good too. Legs are great for a tall guy I have been told. All a work in progress!

Worst Body Part

Glutes. Have not been able to bring those in thus far.

Favorite Exercise

f It it creates a hellacious pump, it is my favorite. I like many, many exercises.

Least Favorite Exercise

Close grip bench press. This exercise is supposed to be great for the triceps buy I always feel it in the chest no matter how I position my elbows.

Traits you admire most in others

Honesty, compassion, good work ethic

Traits you admire most in yourself

Well I am honest for the most part but don’t really admire myself.

Favorite Movies

Anything motivational! Underdog stories like Gladiator and Braveheart. I also like sci-fi stuff like the new movie Clash of the Titans

Favorite Actor

I like Morgan Freeman, Sandra Bullock, Michael Cain, Liam Neeson

Favorite Band or Performer:

Third Day always gets my spirits up. They are a contemporary Christian Band. When I am working out I like to have a lot of Rock music and a little death metal.

Favorite Food

Chicken and olive oil and rice

Favorite Cheat Day Treats

My regular bodybuilding diet but with cheese on EVERYTHING

Favorite Automobile

Older muscle cars. Not antiques or classics because those are too expensive. I like muscle cars from the 80’s or early 90’s. Everyone and their mother have a shiny new car. They all look the same.

Idea of a Perfect Vacation

Maybe tour Italy and France with a beautiful girl that wouldn’t complain that I am hittin the gym on that vacation. I am a bodybuilder. It’s what I do.

Favorite TV Program Hell’s Kitchen

What would you be doing if you weren't a Bodybuilder/Figure Competitor?

Be a sports commentator.

Long Term Bodybuilding Ambitions

Compete successfully on an elite Professional level and inspire millions of people.

What you like most about Bodybuilding?

Getting stronger, improving my physique, and feeling like superman after every workout.

What you dislike most about Bodybuilding?

When it is reduced to nothing more than a pill or a vial. Bodybuilding is dedication, lots of hard work, lots of eating and consistency.

What advice would you give other competitors?

Talk to the people you would like to look like. Find out the most effective ways to train and eat from the ones who have been there already. Learn all you can, set big goals, and always train as if you are going to accomplish those goals. Also to have fun along the way. Your bodybuilding and fitness journey is unique to you. If you always get caught up with the “win” mentality and don’t enjoy a moment of the experience, it is not worth it.

A little more about you...

I believe it to be very important to have a relationship with God, to tell others about His love for them and for people to have compassion for one another.
