What advice would you give
other competitors?
Find a
honest support system, set personal goals and be happy
with achieving those goals. Judging is subjective during
competitions so getting hung up on placings can be
frustrating. Keep the focus on health =)

I am a
special education teacher with a Masters degree in
Education with over a decade of teaching experience.
Additionally I have taught PE for 10 years as well as
coached Cross Country running and skiing, as well as
Figure Skating Basic Skills
