What you like most about Bodybuilding?

The complete intensity prep takes, from cardio and training, to prepping food and dealing with the Daily mind games. I love that it is completely meticulous and it’s about BETTERING yourself from The inside and out. Every prep I do I expect myself to be better not only physique wise, but I require myself to improve as a person, Christian, father, husband, son, friend, teacher, & coach.

What you dislike most about Bodybuilding?

The selfishness it requires at times and the burden it places on my family and friends.

What advice would you give other bodybuilders?

Unless you are an IFBB pro that is winning shows and has a major supplement contract, you have to find balance in your life. If bodybuilding is the only thing you have, you will eventually become lonely and disappointed. Finding balance in your life and sharing your love of bodybuilding with those you enjoy being around will bring you endless joy. Also, realize that bodybuilding can be a very healthy endeavor, both physically, mentally, and emotionally. Take advantage of everything this sport has to offer.

A little more about me...

I am a high school health and phys. Ed. teacher. I also coach high school baseball and work part time giving pitching and batting lessons at my fathers baseball academy, The Bob Harris Baseball School. On top of that I am a devoted father and husband and I enjoy listening and playing music.
