Highlight of Career

Just competing in and of itself is a gift. Being able to take my mind and body through the ringer every time makes me a stronger and more disciplined person mentally and physically. Getting on stage reminds me that I can do anything I want to with enough effort and desire.

Biggest Disappointment of Career

Not so much a specific moment but the recent realization that despite 6 productive years in the natural bodybuilding arena as both a competitor and a coach, it has and continues to act as a small deterrent in my pursuits to obtain a career in college strength and conditioning.

What you like most about Bodybuilding?

The lifestyle is demands of someone and the byproducts in leaves in your life or the spillover it puts into you life such as hard work, time management, fitness, healthy eating, confidence, pride and self worth.

What you dislike most about Bodybuilding?

The drug aspects that labels our sport for natural and enhanced athletes alike. The OCD that can so easily pervade someones life if they dont allow themselves to stay in control of the diet and training and keep other priorities in check.

What advice would you give other bodybuilders?

Learn as much as you can and listen to people who have the experience. Find a mentor and learn learn learn from them. Dont go asking 20 different people whats best. Find what works for you and then stick to it. Long term consistency and hard work will always be your best friend in this sport. Do not jump ship every time something fails to produce an outcome right away.

A little more about you...
