What I
like most about Bodybuilding
The self-improvement as a
driving goal, the friends and shared interest, and the
side effect of it being a healthy pursuit.
What I
dislike most about Bodybuilding
The self-absorption it
takes to compete.
Advice
I would give other bodybuilders
Have fun with it, make it
a strong thread in your life, but not your whole life.
Be bigger than the sport.
A
little more about me...
I have four kids, love
reading, am geopolitically/sociologically motivated to
make the world a better place because I was here, love
hanging out with great people and wish I took more time
to do that, and with my wife of 17 years and 4 kids, I
spend all of my non-work time involved with their
activities....and love every minute of it.
