Have fun...you never know
what the judges are looking for so be the best that you
can be.
A little more about you...
Before I started lifting I
was a running only kind of girl. Ran 2 marathons, one
being the Boston Marathon in 1998, did a few mini
triathalons then got into lifting and kept a balance
incorporating lifting and less running.
