Best Contest Placing(s):
I feel very fortunate that
I have placed in the top five in every bodybuilding
contest in which I have entered. To me this is a huge
accomplishment. My last show was the 2008 Arnold Amateur
Classic, I was in the light heavy class and placed 5th.
I'm a natural for life competitor and feel that I have
held my ground very well against my fellow competitors.
And it's been a very pleasurable experience and the
competitors are awesome.
Role Models in
Bodybuilding/Fitness:
My mother was a
bodybuilder and my first role model. She introduced me
to the sport and inspired me through her dedication and
desire to compete. My other roll model was my college
professor Dr. Ellen Robinson from Bridgewater State
College. She gave me the confidence and reassurance I
needed to get back on to the stage and compete again,
and I am extremely grateful to her for doing so. She
seen the potential in me that I didn't.

Ha, I admire every single competitor’s personality. Each

Highlight(s) of Career:
Every competition brings with it great new experiences
and the joy of meeting new people. Also, being able to
inspire and be inspired by other. It fills me with a
great deal of satisfaction and accomplishment. The
Arnold Armature 2008 was my recent highlight. Never in
my wildest dreams did I think I would make it this far,
but I'm not done yet.
Biggest
Disappointment(s) of Career:
My biggest disappointment
was one organization that I tried out and found it
wasn't judged fairly. It was more about who you knew.
Being a NPC regional judge and having competed numerous
times I knew that the competitors that should have
placed much higher weren't even making top 5. Needless
to say I only competed once in that organization and
haven’t looked back; it's a shame and a big
disappointment.

What would you be doing if you
weren't a Bodybuilder?
Hmmm, I don't know. I do
whatever makes me happy. I enjoy drawing and art,
playing sports, computers and electronics, photography,
modeling, learning, and helping others. Maybe I would
dedicate more time to those things if I didn't body
build. Bodybuilding is just a piece of who I am.
Long Term Bodybuilding
Ambitions:
This one is easy! To be
the best, Ms. Olympia.
What you like most about
Bodybuilding?
I love the whole
experience!
What you dislike most about
Bodybuilding?
Well it's not a dislike
it's more like being out of my comfort zone and that
would be doing my posing routine. I think I would feel
much more comfortable if I had a choreographer.
What advice would you give
other bodybuilders?
Have fun, no matter what
the placing you are a winner just for being up on that
stage!
A
little more about me...
I have three children ages
12, 8, and 4. I have 6 classes left to graduate for
Bridgewater State College with my Bachelors degree in
Physical Education. I plan to eventually get a PHD and
teach. In my down time I enjoy writing, drawing, being
with family and friends. I collect fairies and Garbage
Pale Kids cards. I love to dance and sing. I also like
to arm-wrestle I've been arm-wrestling since I was in
elementary school. I enjoy trying new things and
traveling as well.
Thank you for this opportunity!!
