IDFA in British Columbia on

PRESS RELEASE
IDFA President Shaun Campbell and IDFA Western
Canada Director Dr. Kevin Ashby have secured an
amazing location to kick off the first IDFA
competition in British Columbia. According to Shaun,
"British Columbia is an incredible province and the
next logical step for the IDFA to expand into.
Therefore, it was important for us to find a
top-class venue to ensure our inaugural show in that
province is a huge success."
The 2011 IDFA BC Classic will be held on Sunday,
June 5 at the Gateway Theatre, which is located in
the city centre of Richmond, BC, overlooking
beautiful Minoru Park. For residents outside of
Richmond, the Gateway Theatre is 10 minutes from the
Vancouver International Airport, and is an easy
20-minute drive from downtown Vancouver, as well as
Delta and Surrey. It is also one hour from
Bellingham. For competitors coming from other
provinces such as Alberta, Vancouver is only a
one-hour flight from Calgary.
The IDFA
is Canada's largest physique organization that
promotes only drug-tested competitions. All
competitions now have urine testing done to WADA
standards to ensure the highest standards and to
create the fairest competitions for natural physique
competitors.
