Mary Beth Schlichte, the owner of Elite Bronzing entered the world of Professional Competition Spray Tanning after she earned her IFPA Figure Pro card.
She knew she didn't want to compete anymore yet felt a strong desire to stay connected with the industry.

Her natural attention to detail was a perfect fit for spray tanning. While working one day with her stage and posing coach, Cathy Savage, the topic of spray tanning came up. Cathy challenged me to spray tan one of her fitness competitors who is STARK white! Cathy said, "if you can get her dark enough for the stage, I'll refer clients to you". So, know you know how I began.

As a former competitor, I know what is required in order to achieve stage appropriate color for the client. I work closely with all my Promoters to ensure a stress free and successful environment for their competitors. I maintain a close working relationship with many of the judges within the various organizations so that there is consistency at all of the shows.
