On Track Training Announces "Digging Deeper into Contest Prep" Series

On Track Training owner & IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Christine Bongiovanni has scheduled her next series of Contest Prep Seminars and Posing Classes.

All Seminars and Classes will take place at the following location:

St. Paul Police Department, Eastern District

Contest Prep Seminar

Cover the basics of contest prep from 20 weeks out, including diet, training, posing and last week prep. Get information about where to find your suit, shoes as well as when to start working on your routine. Great for those currently in contest prep mode, or those looking to do a contest later in the year.

 

Digging Deeper into Contest Prep I

Get more detailed information on contest prep. We will concentrate on 8 weeks out prep but anyone prepping for a show is welcome! Seminar includes checking body fat, going over the changes needed to keep losing body fat and time to discuss and answer athletes specific questions. -1/2 hour-1 hour checking body fat -1/2 hour going over changes that should be made -1/2 hour answering questions and posing if time allows Wear shorts or suit bottom and suit top or bra top (women) that will allow us to measure all skin folds to best determine body fat and bring your diet/training journal.

This is a new addition to the Digging Deeper into Contest Prep series, you do not need to have attended previous seminars in the series to attend. A few weeks post contest, we will get together again to discuss diet and training techniques for the off season that will improve your contest physique. For those that have attended the previous seminars leading up to the show, this will act as a post contest consult. Whether you have just competed, are new to the sport or just want to get the most out of your gym time, this seminar will offer you valuable information.
