New Motion Machines was founded to help people be stronger and live better lives. All NMM products are designed, developed, tested and built in Austin, Texas.

Their unique and patented mechanism is based on the body’s physiology: certain muscles and muscle groups cross and move two joints. These include the biceps, triceps, quadriceps and hamstrings. The mechanism works with this physiology to work the muscle from both ends activating both joints and all physical and neurological components of the muscle structure in an active and moving state. This creates an incredible movement that will benefit fitness, sports performance at all levels and rehabilitation. The unique motion that this mechanism creates will help you to achieve more in less time, improve your performance, burn calories and achieve your personal best.

About the Founder

Dr. Kurt Edeker and the patented New Motion Machines mechanism has an incredibly diverse background including everything from farm work, oil field and heavy construction to sales, security work and personal trainer. Dr. Edeker was introduced to the gym at the age of 15 in 1976. He has been training ever since. He has also trained in several different martial arts, achieving black belt in 1985. It was through the martial arts that Dr. Edeker was introduced to Chiropractic. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1996 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has also been and still is a skateboarder, now with his own children.

It is this diverse background that gives Dr. Edeker not only the academic knowledge but also a vast amount of real world experience in how the human body actually works. It is this knowledge upon which New Motion Machines is founded.
