Bodies Natural Bodybuilding and Figure Championships is
sanctioned the
National Gym Association (NGA)
and is a NGA Pro Qualifer.

Eligibility
Open to all
natural amateur athletes who hold a current NGA card or
may obtain membership on the day of testing for $45.00.
All classes are required to take a seven-year drug-free
polygraph.
If you do not have a current NGA membership card,

National Gym.com
to buy your card.
Music
Contestants
must bring a cd or cassette tape preset to a maximum of 60
seconds.
Awards
Men and
Women Open Classes: 1st - 5th in each weight class and
overall.
Masters, Novice, Teens, Fitness, Bikini, Male Modeling and
Figure: 1st - 5th
Posing Classes
Rocky’s
Fitness is hosting bodybuilding posing classes every
Saturday from July 9th until August 6th. Meet with their
bodybuilding gurus to work on mandatory poses, posing
routines, and more.
Sessions are
$20/hour and 1 hour long. Contact

years ago by Rocky Taumoepeau. Rocky is a veteran
competitive bodybuilder of more than 10 years and has over
30 years experience in personalized training.
