Men and Women Bodybuilding
Competitors: Quarter turns and mandatory poses
for pre-judging only. At evening show, 90-second posing
routine performed with music (provide your choice of
music ONLY on disk, cued to play, no profanity allowed,
props and costumes permitted.
Figure Competitors:
Quarter-turns and T-walks for individual and group
comparison. SUITS: solid colors only.
Model Classes:
Females - round one
bikini wear, round two evening gown. Males - round one
swimwear, round two suit or tuxedo. Female winner has
chance to compete in Miss Pennsylvania USA Pageant,
Nov., 2011; male winner has chance to compete in Mr.
Fitness Contest, Nov., 2011.
