August 16th, Workshop/Seminar, please note, any and all registrations received on or before August 1, 2008, you will only be charged $75.00 for the Workshop portion, instead of the regular $95.00 for the two hours. We do this from time to time.

Also, remember, with the INBF Naturalmania approaching, those of you who are participating in the Best Body, Ms. Fit Body and Figure portions, we will be covering all three portions during our August and September Workshop as well as each and every future Workshop portion!!!

For those of you who have participated in the Cosmetic Artistry portion, please note that Elise Firestone changes her program for each Seminar to add new information for all of you. It is never the same Seminar each time.

And as usual, Jim Cordova will be covering his amazing training Seminar. Any of you who have participated in it before knows exactly what I am talking about!!! It is one of the most informative, exciting Seminars ever!!! I too sat
in and was blown away!!!

Remember ladies, your stage presence and presentation will account for at least 50% of your score at these shows and we at Competitive Performance Workshops can certainly get you there!!!!

On a separate note, I wanted to thank all of you who came to this past Saturday's Workshop and Seminars at Strong and Shapely Gym in East Rutherford Gym. We even had someone fly in from Virginia for this one!!! We all had a blast and it was great to meet all the new and some of our existing clients!!! Hope to see you next month.

Also, don't forget, this time for our August 16th Workshop/Seminars, we decided to make it a little fun. We decided to raffle off to one lucky participant a "free day" for that particular event. The dollar value is $250.00, which includes: Figure, Ms. Fit Body, Best Body and Swimsuit posing (2 hours with Janet Marsico and Allison Frahn); Hair, make-up, skin care, tanning, and much more (1 hour with Elise Firestone from Cosmetic Artistry- and by the way, each month Elise does change her Seminars so they are different each time); Training tips and inside secrets (1 hour with WNBF Pro Bodybuilder and
2007 World Champion Jim Cordova), and for those men; Mandatory bodybuilding posing (1 hour with Jim Cordova. All you have to do to sign up for this raffle is send in the $15.00 (money orders only payable to "Janet Marsico") fee with the below filled out information slip. We will be drawing the raffle with week prior to the Workshop/Seminars.
