DATES: August 26, 2011, September 9, 2011 & September 30, 2011

TIMES: All classes will be held on Friday from 6:00 to 7:00pm

PRICE: $20.00 for each group posing session. (if you are not a Gold's member the cost is $10.00 to get into the gym)

LOCATION: Gold's Gym, 7823 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT

SPECIAL COMPETITION PHOTO SHOOT WILL BE OFFERED BY HIGHLITE PHOTOGRAPHY TO ALL COMPETITORS THE WEEK OF THE SHOWS. THIS WILL ALSO INCLUDE YOUR POSING CLASS OR CLASSES.

Group classes are only $20.00 per person per one-hour class.

FIGURE POSING CLASSES

Figure group posing sessions will go into detail on techniques necessary to compete on stage for figure competitors. You will learn how to walk the stage, conduct 2 & 3 point turns, and mandatory turns. I will help you become more confident in presenting yourself and your physique.

BIKINI POSING CLASSES

Bikini posing sessions will go into detail on techniques necessary to compete on stage for bikini competitors. You will learn how to model-walk the stage and look your sexiest best. I will help you become more confident in presenting yourself and your physique.

Bring your competition shoes and suit or any two piece suit if you don't have your suit yet.
